You agree to use these sites lawfully. You will not use them to harass, threaten, doxx, or target private individuals, to distribute malware or illegal content, to organize deceptive campaigns, or to violate the rights of others.

Deceit publishes analysis, criticism, and media literacy content. You may quote, link to, and share published content for commentary and educational purposes. You may not republish full posts without attribution or use them for commercial purposes without permission.

The submission form accepts propaganda tips, article requests, shared articles, and pattern observations. Submission does not guarantee publication, a response, or cross-domain amplification.

You retain the rights to what you submit. By submitting, you grant Deceit the limited permission to review, edit, abstract, and publish the submission in whole or in part, with names and identifying details removed, across the Deceit network. You confirm that the submission is your own and that you have the right to share it.

Whispers submissions are designed for anonymity. The form does not request a name or email, and common direct identifiers are filtered before storage. Automated redaction cannot detect every contextual identity clue. Do not include your name, the names of individuals, or specific identifiable institutions. Editors review and abstract the filtered observation before publication. A private removal code allows deletion without identifying yourself.

We do not accept submissions that contain doxxing, threats, incitement to violence, harassment campaigns, raw emergency disclosures, or low-information gossip. See the submission policy for the full list.

This is not an emergency reporting tool. If a submission involves active danger, harassment, or immediate safety risk, use local support and platform reporting tools first. Keep the submission for later. Crisis resources are available at deceit.site/help.

Deceit maintains editorial control over all published content. No content is auto-generated or published without human review. We may edit, abstract, decline, or remove submissions at our discretion. We may correct, update, or retract published content. See the editorial policy and corrections policy.

Deceit operates as commentary, criticism, and media literacy under fair use. We reproduce small portions of third-party posts, images, and statements to review and analyze them. We are not affiliated with the original posters or platforms.

Original content published on Deceit sites is copyrighted by Deceit Media. The fiction on deceit.world is protected as satire under the First Amendment. The analysis on the editorial sites is protected as commentary and criticism.

The sites are intended for general audiences. You must be at least 13 years old to submit content. If you are under 18, do not submit without the involvement of a trusted adult. Submissions involving minors in crisis will be rejected and reported to appropriate authorities where required by law.

See the privacy policy for what these sites collect, store, and do not need from you. The editorial sites use cookieless aggregate analytics via Cloudflare Web Analytics. Whispers is excluded from analytics entirely.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the sites will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Material changes to these terms will be noted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after a material change means the revised terms apply. These terms do not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

These terms, together with the privacy policy, editorial policy, and submission policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Deceit Media regarding use of these sites. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
